Gaddafi Hates Panhandling
Gaddafi is not to be confused with Dawn Sloane or Steve Streatch of the Halifax City Council or Michael Baker Nova Scotia Department of Justice.
Apparently Winnipeg feels the same way about panhandlers. So does Atlanta*,well, sort of.
*I love that Atlanta willingly bills itself as the City Too Busy To Hate, if Atlanta was a person it'd be saying things like "I have lots of Gay friends.." "Well if Black people can say it..."
Who are you trying to convince Atlanta? Who?
