There was a show yesterday afternoon at the Cornwallis jam spot. Risky Business played, they were great. Youth Diversion played, they were great. Envision, great great great. I like the idea of doing exciting things in the middle of the day and then having the night to reflect on them. It's like if you delivered a baby in the by c-section with a pocket knife in the middle of the night, you'd be riding high all night. Unless it was a c.h.u.d. baby, then it wouldn't be so exciting.

Hopefully it's something that can happen more often, shows at the jam spot, not c.h.u.d. babies being born by c-section.

I had this really fucking terrible I idea earlier to post pictures of the candidates in the upcoming So the municipal election. The twist was I was going to use pictures of characters/people that weren't the candidates (ie Ernie Brennan was the Noid, Mike Flemming was Ralph Kramden since they're both bus drivers, Victor Syprek was Mephisto, and Peter Kelly was Chandler Bing). What a terrible fucking idea

Here is what's left of that idea :
So many choices :

Ernie Brennan, former city planner, currently person non grata at the HRM, constantly trying to throw a spanner in the works, is a big fan of props.
