My parents today were listening to a radio station today and the host of one of the programs urged his listeners to dress themselves prayerfully in the armour of the lord...RIGHT ON!

If you don't the devil will do this :

I was at the grocery store today with my mom and they started to play the theme song from the Greatest American Hero. This made me feel good and made me forget that I get frustrated every time I try buying q-tips and can't find them right away. I always think why don't they have q-tips front and centre everyone fucking uses them. I can find adult diapers quicker than q-tips. For some reason I always think those two should be side by side, q-tips and adult diapers. It just makes sense to me. They both contribute to a higher degree of sanitary living.

The main character on the Greatest American Hero, went through a name change from Ralph Hinkley to Ralph Hanley after John Hinckley shot Ronald Reagan. I guess the producers thought it had negative connotations or something. I bet someone is thinking "Hinckley wasn't the Greatest American Hero, but he would have been if he had succeeded!" To that I say, shut up commie.

Hinckly had the unwieldy middle name of Warnock. I wonder if he would be known as John Warnock Hinckley if he had succeeded in killing Reagan. Lee Harvey Oswald, James Earl Ray, John Wilkes Booth. They all get the air of dignity with their tri names like they actually did something with their lives. Hinckley's failure is rubbed in his face, John Hinckley Jr.

"Hey Junior! How's the old man?"

"It's just John."

"Sure it is, junior."

"I shot Reagan!"

"Almost counts in horseshoes and handgrenades, loser."

Hey Everyone!

I'd like to tell you all about my pick for the best read (that's how we in the literature industry refer to books) this spring.
Who knows maybe my picks will do for authors what Oprah's Book Club has done for people like Wally Lamb and Frank McCourt. Hopefully I can turn you onto some modern classics. Ok enough about me, let's dive into this little number.
It may be a bit of an unorthodox pick, it may rattle a few chains, but I think this little number is going to open some minds and turn some heads. Regardless this book is just a lot of fun!

Don't take my word for it check it out here
