Today has been the best day ever.

The best way to combat the winter blues is by not believing in them or at least believing that someone has it worse. I could be living in New Brunswick, where apparently it's minus 50 (with the windchill). Another good way to get by is to complain to your local MLA. It's even better when your MLA is not a member of the government, because no matter how ridiculous your complaint is, they will agree entirely with it and go you one further, by calling for the head of the premier.
It's even better when your MLA or MP doesn't look like an extra on Bonanza:
In addition, you could just complain to your local weekly, Like this lady did and then like I did.
p.s. I also got a job at the university library, and we fixed the window I dismantled. Maybe I should email my member of parliament and tell her the good news.
