The Principality of Bloomfieldia has decreed that any subject not found on Halifax's streets between the times of 11:01 pm and 6:59 am is indeed really boring, lazy, and lacking in the areas of imagination and adventure.
Those found in violation could be subject to insults, taunts, prank phone calls, and snowjobs.
Bloomfieldia has been consistantly advising both pedestrians and motorists to stay on the streets and roads and enjoy the snow, throw snowballs at snow and ice clearing crews, and generally cause as much havoc as possible.
Revel and be merry, or consider yourself stupid.
