The last time I was on tv was for 'Mass for Shut-Ins' aka televised mass. I was very much a willing participant.
This Monday, June 27th, CBC will be running a small 'featurette' on Halifax's own Team Willow, the charming occupants of the mysterious Willow Street Manor, and more specifically, on
Motel Deluxe Motel, the former incarnation of Team Willow's Gallery Deluxe Gallery.
It will be airing at 5:30pm on network CBC. (non-cable) We assume that It will be during Newsworld, or something like that, but we can't say for sure.
We're very excited to break into the Television industry with what may be one of our most memorable (or only) public interviews yet. Tune in and learn all of our dirty secrets. Hear about our unprecidented alignment with the popular John Street House, our salty rivalries with other Teamster Houses, the likes of North Street North, North Street East, and the barely infamous Fern Lane. Plus - find out the inside scoop on the tiny attic lodging space that was Motel Deluxe Motel.
PS: If anyone has a VCR, and a blank tape, Team Willow will happily reimburse that cassette if you would kindly record this event for us. Not only do we not really get CBC very well, but there is no guarantee that our VCR is even capable of recording.
Please, someone help us not to lose this monumental moment to our arch nemesis - Linear Time!!!
