On a day that ACOA announces the launch of 708M funding program, the Cape Breton Post decides to lead off with a story about hair styling for men.
Charles Locker at Hi-Profile Hair Design doesn't pussyfoot around when it comes to hair colour for men.
"It only takes 10 minutes these days, and it's very quick, very natural and very good, especially for grey hair," he says. "The shades are subtle and natural."
