30 Pieces of Silver or an I-Pod

Telus Buys off Striking Workers with Mp3 Players

CBC is going to have to do better than that, most of the locked out picketers already have Mp3 players. Now a powerbook with wi-fi, that I don't have and I'm positive I'm not alone. Bye-bye dialup!

Moves such as the free MP3 player are a rarity in Canada, according to Anil Verma, a professor of industrial relations at the University of Toronto.

Let's hope that by the above she means that gifts priced as low as 60-100 dollars are a rarity and most employers offer bigger ticket items.
