If you're drinking cheep booze to forget, make sure it's union.

is infamous for union-busting and the boycott called in response by the local. They also have been threatened with boycott as recently as last year for activities in one of their subsidiaries. Not to mention their extraordinarily sexist commercials and major donations to right wing think tanks such as the Heritage Foundation. The family also started the Adolph Coors Foundation, which enjoys funding right-wing efforts to put the Jesus back in public schools.
Gallo of Sonoma Wines refuses to extend health benefits to the 75% of its workers that are farm labor contractors. Click on the link to sign a letter in protest to Director of Operations Matt Gallo. Gallo owns a lot of brands - see a list of all Gallo's brands.
Guinness: GUINNESS STOUT - KILKENNY IRISH - RED STRIPE - MITHWICK'S ALE - DRAGON STOUT
made in the U.S. are being boycotted by the AFL-CIO in coordination with the bottlers local. However, Guinness made in Ireland and bought outside the U.S. are most likely made by the unionized workforce in Ireland. No word on the Guiness "imported" from Canada. That's just weird."
