You'll Never Be Alone
When you hear news like this, it doesn't seem like anything makes much sense.
I wasn't close friends with Paul Gailiunas and Helen Hill, but I knew them from working with Food Not Bombs and various other classes and organizations. My interactions with them were mostly brief, but they were always memorable. I don't think I've ever met two people who inspired and created so much love and beauty in this world. Even the most cynical of people couldn't find any malice in themselves when in their presence.
If there's a light that never goes out, it emnated from the two of them.
My heart goes out to their friends and family
